We are implementing increased health and cleanliness measures for you, our community, and tourists. Please adhere to all posted instructions.

As we strive to do our best to limit the risk of exposure to COVID-19 to our staff and guests, be aware that there is a continual risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. The CDC advises that older adults and those with underlying conditions are especially vulnerable. Any interaction in public spaces creates an increased risk for COVID-19 exposure. We can not guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

COVID-19 Guidelines:

  • Face Coverings
    • We request face coverings at all times in the lobby unless seated and socially distant from others in the lobby.
    • We request face coverings to be worn in the elevator at all times. The elevator is not to be shared with a group you did not arrive with.
    • We request face coverings to be worn in the observation deck at all times.
  • Wash Hands Often
  • Use hand sanitizer regularly
  • Social Distancing: Please keep 6 feet in between you and others
  • Temperatures: Please do not enter the Citrus Tower if you have a temperature greater than 100.4
  • Observation Deck: 12 people max upstairs.
    • Time Upstairs: Regular Ticket: 30 min. Member Ticket: 1hr.

If you have had close contact with a person with COVID-19, please do not enter the Citrus Tower for 14 days. Please follow the CDC guidelines in this case.

Please do not enter the Citrus Tower if you are having any COVID-19 symptoms.

Other Safety Measures

Our team will undergo temperature checks before every shift and will wear face coverings.

Limited capacity will exist in all spaces and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.

Increased cleaning of all high touch surfaces.
