How can I reserve a date?
Your event date is officially reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total event cost.
When can I book an event?
Events can take place Monday-Saturday 7:00 pm – 5:00 am.
What is included with my event booking?
4 high top round tables, bar tops that are attached to the deck and 25 bar top seats.
How many people can I host in the observation deck?
We allow 25 people plus 2 wait staff. 27 in total.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes! However, there are times when the space will get warm. As a 1955 building, we will do our best to keep your guests comfortable.
Can I request specific lighting colors?
Yes, our lighting can change colors. We will work with you to determine the atmosphere you desire.
Is smoking allowed?
The Citrus Tower is a smoke-free environment.
Do you allow animals?
The only animals that are allowed in the Citrus Tower are service animals.
What if my event runs over the estimated times?
Hourly rates are charged by the 15-minute increment. The rate to be used is $200 per hour.
What if I have to reschedule or cancel an event?
There is a $200 fee to reschedule. If you decide to cancel the deposit is non-refundable.
Could my event get cancelled because of rain or lightening?
Yes. During any lightning storm we will bring everyone down from the observation deck for safety. Additionally, if there is a large rain storm without lightning we still may bring everyone down from the top. This will be at the discretion of our venue team.
Can I come in early to decorate?
Your time slot includes setup, ‘strike’, and cleanup.
Where are the bathrooms?
Downstairs. Please inform your quests that they will have to take the elevator down stairs for the facilities.
What if the elevator has to undergo maitenance or repairs?
As a historical building, this could happen. We will give you as much notice as possible. We will work with you to schedule another date or we will allow a cancellation and full refund if you prefer.
Is event insurance required?
Yes. (1 million per occurrence/ 2 Million general aggregate) Insurance is required for all events and must include Citrus Tower Management Inc as Additionally Insured. If alcohol is served, a Host Liquor Liability must be included, as well as a Waiver of Subrogation.
